It's time for another challenge at Stamptacular Sunday Challenge. We are all looking forward to summer this year. Fun in the sun, family vacations, going to the beach, bar'b'ques and picnics and a much slower lifestyle. Isn't summer fun? Well at Stamptacular we thought so too and so we're celebrating with "Life is a BEACH" challenge. Our sponsor this week is Shirleys2girls They have a wonderful selection of fabulous digi images. Each of the DT members have chosen one of her images to make a card or project with and we can't wait to see what you come up with.
For my card I chose "Maisey at the Beach". She is colored with Copic markers, the cloudy sky was done with chalk and I added Stickles to the ocen waves.

Here's a closer view of Maisey...
The inside of the card is very simple. Both panels are sewn on my machine and the swimming fish paper is the reverse of the worded paper. I cute out the words FUN and SWIM, matted them with CS and used pop dots to give them some dimension. I used my nestabilies Labels 1 dies for the shape of my notation area.
I hope you've enjoyed viewing my card for the challenge and that you'll make a card for yourself and at it to Mr. Linky on the Stamptacular blog.
