Stamptacular Sunday Challenge #58 - Sketch
The weekend is almost over, so it's time for another Stamptacular Sunday Challenge.
This week we have a sketch for you to try your hand at. Our sponsor is Stamp & Create and they are offering a $20 Gift Certificate to the winner. So get out an image of your choice and start creating your card. Please don't forget to upload your card using Mr. Linky on the challenge blog!
Okay, so here's my take on the sketch this week...
I have used an image from Mo's Digital Pencil
called "Sunday's Child". Very appropriate for the challenge today, being Sunday. I used Copic markers for this image, and my ABS to give a little background to my image. The shape is cut out with my Nestability Die, backed with black and then trimmed very close to the ende. I also added Sumer Flower Soft on all the flowers. The three black brads are from my stash.
So here is a close up of the image...
Th inside of the card is quite simple. I used coordinating paper from the same stash - Basic Grey's Lilykate.
Here are the copics I used...
Well, thanks so much for joining us at Stamptacular Sunday Challenge this week. We hope you'll be back again next wee for another wonderful challenge.

beautiful and what a precious image. Sandi
ReplyDeleteBarb, this card is gorgeous through & through! I love the colour scheme, and is that a flourish stamp in the corner? I love it!
ReplyDeleteBarb, Great take on the sketch. I love the thin black around everything. Makes it pop. Also what is the flourish in the corner? A stamp, a stenciled template, other? It sure is pretty! I love how you use subtle colors on your cards! Keep it up.
