You make me feel like dancin'...
I love this little Ballerina Tilda! I've loved her since the moment I set eyes on her. I have wanted to make a card that looked like she was just spinning and twirling away! As a child I wanted to be a dancer! I took ballet lessons and when the teacher told me I was a natural I quit! I guess I thought I had arrived. My hubby and I even took a year of ballroom dancing lessons back in 2000 - oh my! Ten years ago.
This is the third to the last of the images I colored right after my surgery. I had no idea what I was going to do with all these pre-colored images, I just happily colored away. So that means I still have two more cards to "reveal" to everyone.
But for today, here is my Ballerina Tilda from the wonderful Diana at Magnolia-licious. She is #3037 from the Fairytale Collection 2010.
This card was made for my Podiatrist. I go back to see her next week and I will present her with this delightful (if I do say so myself) Easel card.
Please don't expect much of a card recipe, as I didn't keep track of any of the copics I used, but the paper is some digi paper from Bearly Mine Designs.
I used two different Nestabilities Labels, #13 and #11 to offset my Tilda with. The shading around Tilda was done with C00,1,3 and R01. All matting is SU Rose Red. I also used Spellbinders Fancy Labels for the sentiment which is computer generated. The pearl swirls were a gift from a very generous friend. I also added Stardust Stickles to the swoopes and stars around Tilda and also her tiara.
Here is a closeup of Tilda...
Here is the sentiment...
I always put a signature piece on the back of my cards. The little heart hanging from the ribbon is a signature piece for me - a peg stamp by Judith.
I hope you enjoy looking at my creations. I'll be back soon with another card...
Hugs,
Barb

Barb, she is beautiful and the entire card is delightful. I love how you used two different nesties. Would you believe I did the same thing a few days ago, on a card yet to be posted? I used a circle and a scalloped scquare however. I love the soft colors of your card and I, too, love this stamp. Fabulous!
