Here we are again, with another challenge from Stamptacular Sunday Challenge blog. This week we're asking you to show off the card(s) you've made for Father's Day. We have two sponsors this week.
Meljens Designs is offering 4 digi images of the winners choice
and
Wink Wink Ink is offering 3 digi images of the winners choice.
We'd love to see what you've some up with...
For this challenge I chose an image from Mo's Digital Pencil. My father died when I was in my 20's and my step father died when I was in my 40's. However my father in law is still living and he used to take his 4 boys fishing. I thought this would be an appropriate card for him.

Here is a close up of my image...
Being as this card is for a guy, there's no frufru on it anywhere. On the insdie I colored just the man and used my Nestabilies Dies Label 13 for the shape. I had the Happy Father's Day stamp in my stash so just stamped in on another Nestability shape added a few more buttons and voila!
Hope you come on over to Stamptacular and join our challenge this week!
It's a clean and simple card, but it really works! Your colouring is amazing. And off course, blue is one of our favourite colours when it comes to boy's cards. I hope he will be really pleased with the result.

I think you have done a grand job with your card. Beautiful colouring as always, and great papers and buttons. Love the inside as well.
Maybe I can make my husband one of this image - as he loves to fish!!

How many times can someone say that your coloring is absolutely perfect - wish I lived near you so I could take lessons. The colors on this card are beautiful and the touch of red just pops - love the choice of colors and papers.

What a wonderful card. Just enough embellishments so it isn't bare and not so many that it is overdone for a guy.
