Thinking of you...Sympathy Card

I needed a card to send to a friend who just lost his brother. So, okay, this is a pretty feminine card for a guy, but I know his wife will appreciate the card. I had the image already colored, and since I needed the card TODAY, I thought I would generate an appropriate sentiment on the inside.

So, a short post, here is my card...

A close-up of how I colored this lovely image from Saturated Canary called Canary Love. I made the bird to be a dove.

Finally here is the artistic, skew-if look at the card...


The dp and cardstock is all from my stash, the flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts, bow/twine on the inside is from my stash as is the charm. The image is colored with Copic markers and shaded with Distress Ink.

I have entered this card into the Saturated Canary Challenge for this two weeks.

    Love this, Barb! I'm so glad to see it used as a sympathy card, it actually works for it! Of course, the coloring is spectacular and the flower arrangement works beautifully!! Someday, I will color like you! Ha!
