Baby it's cold outside...but not here in Texas!

Ho, Ho, Ho!

The Festive Season is in full swing here at my house.  Between bouts of company, last weekend and again for the next couple of days I have managed to almost finish my shopping, clean the house (again and again) wrap gifties and even make a little something. I still have to do some baking, but it will have to wait...only for a few days! On Christmas day our entire family will arrive (except our middle daughter and her family as they live too far away) for a joyous celebration and gift giving extravaganza!!!

My Sunday School class (all ladies) is having a get together this week and we are to bring an ornament that best suits our personality.  No guess work here!  I have made my ornament, and a little box to cradle it in.  Here's what I came up with...

Here is mini #7 It's Cold Outside Tilda from the "Waiting for Christmas" collection.  I put a little Polar White Flower Soft with some glitter added inside the globe.  Tilda is colored with Copic Markers.  I added a little Stardust stickles to the snowflakes falling softly around her.

Here is the back of the stamped image.  I stamped the sentiment from LOTV onto Vellum with black Stazon and used Vellum adhesive to adhere it to the back of the stamped image.

I made a Flip Flop Box to put the ornament in.  For the Belly Band I used the TGF Snowflake die, then layered with SU Bashful Blue.  This image mini, #4 Swirly Tilda, is stamped on Xpressit Blending Card and colored with Copics.  The sentiment tag is from LOTV.  Spellbinders Classic Circle dies were used to cut out the circles.

Here is a close up of Swirly Tilda.  I added Waterfall Stickles to her gown to give her sparkle.

So that's it!  Merry Christmas to everyone.  I hope you will drop by Magnolia-licious™ store and place an order.  All dies are discounted 25%,   What an opportunity to save lots of money and get all the diesyou've had on your wish list.

Merry Christmas, and God bless you richly,
Hugs,
Barb

  5. Your ornament and box is sweet and beautiful for gift giving. If I had room in my craft room, I would make these little ornaments for a Magnolia tree. Very cute!
    Merry Christmas, Kelly
