Good Monday morning to you all! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and were able to get some crafting done. I thought the theme of Feeling a little under the weather lately was appropriate since many of you are still experiencing the freezing fingers of winter. I have just the prescription for you!
Today on Dr. Monday MD I am featuring four sweet little match box easel cards. Each drawer is filled with just what the Dr. ordered ... CHOCOLATES. And the theme of each card is of course "Get Well Soon"
I kept these pretty plain and simple, now flowers, no bows, just warm wishes and CHOCOLATE!!!
Each box measures 3 x 3" so you could put a note card and envelope inside if you would prefer.
Each of these images are available at the Magnolila-licious store. If you click on the name of each image it will take you straight to that image in the store.
So here are the four of them grouped together:

Here I've used Mummy Edwin from the So Spooky Collection 2009. |
For this one I've use none other that the Dr. himself. Dr. Edwin |
Here is Nurse Tilda. She is from the Winner Takes All Collection of 2011 |
This under the weather Tilda is from the Sweet rainbow collection of 2011. She is actually called Tilda in Summer Rain. |
A side view with the drawer open so you can see the chocolates inside. There are actually 4 chocolates which fit nicely into the drawer. Actually these were left over from the last cruise we took. |
Here is the list of ingredients I used to make this little ensemble:
CS - SU, Cryogen White
DP - October Afternoon
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black, Copic Markers, Distress Inks weathered wood, tea died and tattered rose
Grass and flowers - Art Inspirations with various inks
Spellbinder dies - Classic Square and Classic Scalloped Square
Sentiment - SU
Small green rhinestones and drawer pulls are from my stash
Adhesives - ScorTape and Beacon's 3 in 1
Well that about wraps up this visit to the Dr.'s office. I hope that you found your visit to be the shot in the arm you needed to bring a smile to your face.
I have many more projects to post over the next several weeks, so please come back to see what I've come up with next. It will probably be another BOX project (wink wink ;-)
Enjoying the journey,
Many Blessings,
Barb
