Hello friends! It's Saturday and our weather although very cool has finally turned sunny again. It has taken me an entire week to get this card done. Life has so changed with three kiddos to care for. Perhaps the fact that I switched my colors and design part way through the process didn't help matters either. Ever do that?
I have so many images I want to get inked up, but my crafting time is so limited. Hopefully as we get into a routine things will settle for me and I'll find more time.
I always need birthday cards, and after a trip to my local LSS where I snatched up this delightful paper from Fancy Pants Designs entitled Cake Time I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it.
So here is my card...
A closer look at my coloring of Tilda...
A side view...
Here is the small flower arrangement I made using my new Rose Leaf die from Magnolia...
I wanted not to cover every area of this pretty paper so I left the top panel blank. The notation panel has the Vintage lace die around the panel, but I can never get the corners to match up properly so I stapled some the the ribbon to each corner.
