I am enjoying this Cozy Autumn Collection from Magnolia. I have a couple of cards in various stages of completion on my desk. Just not enough hours in the day for it all!!
On a recent trip to my LSS I found this absolutely gorgeous paper from 7 Gypsies called Flora. It was the color that attracted me to it and I knew exactly which image I wanted to use with it. So without further ado, here is my card, and I have quite a few photos of it so show you...
After I got the front of the card made I realized that there was no space for a sentiment and I wasn't even sure what sentiment I would use with it. So I let the inside of the card take care of that issue.
Here is a closer look at Tilda in Windy Weather (#299). She is available from Diana at the Magnolia-licious store. She wouldn't fit onto my largest circle die so I just let her feet step out of the circle.
Here is the inside of my card...On the top I just used my computer generated sentiment and some plain circles with a little dash of flowers along the edge. I love the way the flowers dress up the inside of my cards.
On the bottom panel I decided to repeat the Pearl Lace I'd used on the front and I found a Tilda with a similar hat so that she matched the front. I don't actually own this image, she was a gift from someone in a swap! I'm so glad I found her because I really wanted the two Tilda's to be wearing the same kind of hats.
Here is a closer look at this Tilda. She colored up beauituflly!!!
Here is how the whole card looks when it's open...
Here is my signautre piece on the back of the card...
