A month or so ago, I was approached by Anna Wight - illustrator for Whipper Snapper Designs - to be a Featured Designer for the months of March and April. I was so thrilled that she had asked me to do this. And of course I said yes. I waited so impatiently for my wonderful stamp sets "Beautiful Day" and "Think Happy Thoughts" to arrive. As soon as they did I got busy whipping up some projects.
Today is the day! Both of these sets are now available over at Whipper Snapper, so head on over there and order your set.
I mixed and matched the images and sentiments from each set on my projects. So without further ado, here are a couple of the samples I made.
Here is my first card...this sweet Chicken image is from Beautiful Day, the sentiment is from "Think Happy Thoughts". She is colored with Copic Markers and I used black self-adhesive pearls along the top corner. The gingham ribbon is from SU. DP's are from my stash.
My second card used the little girl from "Think Happy Thoughts". I used the sentiment from "Beautiful Day" and my stamp positioner to fit it on my card. The flowers and pearls are from my stash. The DP is from my stash and the white card stock was run through my Cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots embossing folder. The leaves are made with an MS branch punch.
