The temperature was a balmy 80 degrees today...

...so we did a little shopping. We stopped by a children's store and got Jordan's hair cut. We also picked him up a new pair of Khaki pants and a shirt for church tomorrow. His hair cut looks good, though I must admit that I love his curls just a little longer...
Then we went to The Children's Place, but all we found were these flip flops. Jordan hauled his shoes off in the middle of the store to don his new shoes. They were two pairs for $5 - what a deal! Since the weather was to unseasonably hot they were just the ticket with his shorts.

We also went to Toys R Us and purchased each of the girls a new feeding chair. It converts to 4 different positions and is exactly what we were looking for. These chairs will grow with them and eliminate the need for an expensive high chair in the future. Right now we have them set up for infant - the reclining position - without the tray. That will come later. These chairs will strap to a regular kitchen chair when the time is appropriate. It was necessary because feeding two babies in bouncer seats had become like target practice. They were moving so much that it was hard to get the spoon into their mouths and for the most part they were wearing their food! So we gave it a try - as you can see from the bibs - and it worked perfectly. However there is still spilled food.

The girls hair is growing in a little on the top and so after bathtime tonight I put a little lotion on their hair and tried to curl it up a little. Isn't it cute. I hope when it does grow in that it will be the same as Jordy's. Those beautiful soft curls are to die for. This is Brielle. Josslyn was in the Jumperoo and was in too much motion for her picture to turn out!
