This plate from Artistic Outpost is so wonderful. I love everything about it! It's fabulous to design with. I've had these "$.41 stamps" sheets around for quite a while. I had printed off several sets of them but never got around to doing anything with them. I saw a card done similarily to this, but instead of repeating the image of the Boy Scout, I put in the flag. I used Distress ink for the flag and stamped it off once. I used the same for the word HERO. The Boy Scout was done using a masking technique and I colored him in with Copic Markers. I found some star eyelets in my stash, though I was looking for navy brads, still I think the stars are fine.
