Dr. Monday M.D. Sliging Easel Card

A warm DR. Monday morning to everyone! After being out of the loop for the past several weeks, it sure feels good to be back. I have missed my studio and crafting time immensely! Many thanks to Diana Crick for giving the time away and to Patti Jo, my partner in crime over at Magnolia-licious for carrying the load while I was gone.

I have a fun card to share with you today. This is called a "Sliding Easel Card". I found the directions on Splitcoast Stampers and thought I would give it a go.

This is the front of my card using A18 Tiptoe Tilda.
A closer look at Tilda and how I colored her.

Here is how the easel part looks like when you begin to pull the tab.

A side view of the easel part completely opened up.

A front view of the easel part showing the sentiment.

It's also a regular card!  It opens to another image, #262 Rose garden Tilda and a sentiment panel.

Here is a closer look at Rose garden Tilda.

My card recipe:
CS - SU Baked Brown, Cryogen White
DP - October Afternoon
Spellbinders Classic and Scalloped Circle; Heart Circle; MS Flourish Punch; SU Circle Punch
Copic Markers
Adirondack Lights Dye Ink
Memento Tuxedo Black
Flowers from my stash

Thank you for visiting my blog today.  Here's just a friendly reminder to comment on my or any of the Magnolia-licious™ design team  posts to be eligible to win a surprise gift from Diana at Magnolia-licious™.

Wishing you all a wonderful Thanks Giving Day...Hugs...Barb
