You add sunshine to my life....

Happy Magnolia-licious Mini Monday!

Isn't it great to be starting of a whole new week with more Maggie Mini's projects.

Diana has a HUGE collection of Maggie Mini's at her shop, so please hop on over to pick your own favorites.  What she doesn't have in stock she will try her best to get for you.

You'll be seeing what I mean in a couple of weeks, but you're going to be calling me a "box" lady and not a "bag" lady. I've been in a box frenzy of late. It all started out by wanting to create a little box to put some 3 x 3 note cards in. I'm not very good at math (in fact I stink at math) but I really wanted to challenge myself a little. Well it's been quite a challenge journey!
This is the first of several "box" projects.

So anyway, let me share with you what I came up with for my little note cards, and of course the cards themselves where Mini Tilda is the star of the show.

Here's what the lid of my box looks like...

A lookie at the side of my box...(I told you I was horrible at math and my box is way too deep)

Here is the box opened and the note cards standing up with their envelopes behind...

Here are all 4 note cards...

Now for the individual close up and personal look at each card...

This is Congratulations Tilda from the You're so Special Collection 2011...
On each envelope I stamped the image with Memento London Fog and added some grass and flowers.  Should have left the grass and flowers off...

This is Tilda with a Balloon also from the You're So Special Collection...

Tilda with a Small Gift from the same collection...

And, finally, Christmas Party Tilda from Christmas Collection, I believe it was the same year.

This is how I finished the inside of each card...

What I used to put all of this together...

  13. How cute are these??? I stink at math, too!!! LOL!! I remember a few years ago you made a darling set and inspired me to make one. My box was too deep so I made another box bottom and turned it upside down so that the cards kind of sat up more... don't know if that makes sense or not! I simple love these that you did!!! You make the minis just so adorable!!!!
    Hugs,

  14. What a wonderful gift! Like Teri and you, I, also, am terrible at math. That's why I love sketches where it's already figured out for me!
