A little Shabby and a little Chic...

Hey dear friends! I'm back to show you another card front today.

I tried to do this in the Shabby Chic style, but I have such a hard time getting it to look clutter-y and vintage-y like I'd like to do.

Anyhoo, for this card I used #261 Tilda with Hawaii Flower. I also used a Magnolia Swirl die to add some dimension to the card front. Both are available from Diana here. I also used Magnolia dp's on this card. Flowers, corner decor, SB Heart circle die, doily ribbon, ribbon slider and Baker's twine are all from my stash.

I used a Spellbinder Heart Shape plus a little tag I found lying around in a drawer. the sentiment is from SU "Short and Sweet" stamp set.

    I think your shabby chic card is absolutely PERFECT Barb! It's ADORABLE. Love everything about it, simply STUNNING. Gorgeous swirls and tags, and Tilda is so fabulously coloured.

    I don't know how you do it, I just struggle so much with the tiny areas to color but you make it looks effortless! Simply fabulous!

    Barb, beautiful card. You're doing a fab job colouring the mini Tildas. I have the same problems with doing shabby chic style cards. I always think I've done enough to make them look shabby chic, but when the cards are finished, they still look rather clean to me...LOL. Hope your back is much better now.

    Barb, I love the sweet colors you used and your card is so dreamy. I really lot the heart die around Tilda with the doily and swirls, so beautiful and perfect for her. Your coloring is gorgeous, I love those pleats, I am still trying to figure pleats out. Very beautiful card.
