Good morning! Or if you catching this post in the afternoon or evening, good day! This is a scheduled post, as we have the children's mom staying with us just now! Our beloved "grandchildren" will be with us for just one more day! Our time as their care takers is over! It's a very bitter sweet time for us. We will miss them terribly, but it will be nice to be just a couple again and not raising three rambunctious kiddos. SIGH!!!
But I have some more very exciting news to share with you. I have been asked to join The ABC Challenge group as a GDT for the next three months. I fell so homored that they have asked me to step on board with them. Their challenges are the 1st an 15th of each month and are following the letters of the alphabet. So if you would like to join the next challenge, the letter is "O" for Orange.
Well enough of that...I have a card to share with you today using the darling #3009 Princess of the Valley Tilda from the newest Magnolia collection. ACKKKK! I don't see her in the shop anymore, but I'm sure Diana will have her on order again soon! Please check with her if you'd like this image! This is the second time I'm using this image. If you missed my post for the Magnolia-licious Highlites April Blog hop, please scroll down. Also I hope you'll join in the challenge and make something with LOTS of lace on it.
I cut the entire card edges using the Magnolia Vintage Lace die. The circular and scallop dies are from Spellbinders. Cardstock is Going Grey and So Saffron from SU. Pearls are from my stash as is the ric rac on the inside.
I've also used the corner stamp from this same collection called Kurbitz Corner - it's #510. I masked Tilda over it so that it would appear that she is sitting on it.
The sentiment is from The Cutting Cafe.
