Magnolia-licious contest ...

Hi everyone, please don't forget about the absolutely fabulous Magnolia-licious contest that Diana is running right now. You can find all the details on the Magnolia-licious Highlites Blog. Now I have a card front to share with you. I just had to put my Sweet Christmas Dreams Minis to some use this season. I designed this card front to send to Diana to use at CHA! Sheesh! CHA is in January, long past Christmas, so here I am with a card front and no time to make it into a card! GASP! I just have to make something with it....I'm thinking...I'm thinking...well, while I'm thinking, here it is...

Did a little masking with this one - oh such fun!!! I don't have a list of Copics, but the dp is from Magnolia and the sentiment is from AmyR - Handy Christmas Greetings.

Here is a closer look at Tilda and the open doorway. I tried to make the glow of the light reflect on her clothing...

    Fabulous Barb and what you were trying to achieve, you accomplished, the shading looks tremendous.. the lighting from the fireplace looks just like it is glowing on her cloths and she looks great. Also love the inside of the house.. The whole card layout is amazing.. I am sure Diana is going to love this one.. I do..

    Barb ROTFL!!!!! I can't stop laughing.... oh my goodness...I swear to you Barb.I have the same thing BUT I have Tilda with a pressie behind her.The colouring is the same well a bit different on the colour palette.Even the lighting on her on the side!!!!

    I saw your card and my jaw dropped and bursted it out laughing.
    GREAT MINDS THINK ALIKE I SAY LOL!! Oh hun you made my night!!!

    I have a couple of more things to do and I'll post it soon.
    but with no dought yours is a cutie!!!! and your cards are so eye catching.

    This is delightful Barb! Great job of reflective light, you can really see the glow. I love this open door it's a real log cabin wintery one, just lovely. What did you use for snow it looks terrific!

    Ooh, two of my faves images from the collection!!! Although full size version, please...LOL, I'm getting used to the minis. Gorgeous colouring. Oh yes, that reflected glow from the doorway on Tilda is just perfect. Love your DP with the hollies--to die for. Adore your card.

    Just love your card, Barb! You certainly did get the warm glow on Tilda's clothes. Your coloring is fantastic on those minis. I think your marker points must be much smaller than mine! Fabulous card.
