Christmas, twelve months of the year....

It's time again for the Christmas All Year Long blog hop! This is so much fun to make a card a month and have at least 12 cards ready for next Christmas. Perhaps you'd like to join in the fun and that's just what we'd like you to do. If your interested in joining in, please contact Julie Glasgow (transtamper@bresnan.net) and let her know. She would be delighted to add your name to the list for next month.

Our hop this month begins with Jessica, so if you are arriving at my blog first, please pop back to her blog to begin the hop. From here you will hop over to Carissa's blog. If you get lost along the way, please head back to the Christmas All Year Long blog to find the order.

For this months card I am using an image I colored a few months ago, but didn't complete until this week. I decided to make my card an Easel card and use some pretty paper I purchased at my LSS. My card recipe will follow at the end of this post for those who are interested.

Here is the front of my card...I decided to use very non-traditional colors with a bit of a country theme. I was inspired by the DP to use brown checked ribbon...

Here is a closer look and Tilda and Edwin...

A couple of side views...

The inside of my card...

I kept this card pretty simple, with just a few flowers and pearls added here and there.

Card Recipe:
