Snips and Snails and Puppy Dog Tails...

I feel like I've been out of the loop for ages, but in actuality it's only been just over three weeks since my surgery. Getting back to normal is taking much longer than I had anticipated, and consequently my card making has had to take the back seat for a while.

Since I missed out on the Stamptacular Sunday Challenge last week, I was most eager to jump back in. I was able to color several images while I languished in bed for all those endless days and this is one I got done.

This week our sponsor is My Favorite Things and I chose their sweet little bear image to do my "boy" card with. It's called "Let your Dreams Take Flight". Isn't he just adorable and such a cute boy image.

I don't have but three little pictures of this mini Easel card. I used Nestabilities Labels 11 die to make the shape. The dp is something I've had in my stash for eons and have not idea where it came from. I colored the image with Copic markers, but I didn't keep track of what I used. The image was stamped on Cryogen White but the blue is SU Brocade Blue. The ribbon, buttons and butterfly die cuts are all from SU.

Here is a side view of my little card...

I wanted to show you the sentiment, which I added chalk clouds and the butterflies to....

Thanks for stopping by my blog today and hope you'll take up the challenge and make up a card for just a boy!
