Wash Day's, but no blues here....

I have a very quick post today. I recently received two stamps which I had ordered through a friend in Sweden. I am happy to say that I'm now the proud owner of two hAnglar images. Relax Flicka (whom I haven't inked yet) and this darling image I will call Wash Day as I can't pronounce her Swedish name.

I had stitched up the embroidered panel more than a week ago, but got very busy trying to complete some DT projects. Well yesterday, I began to look at that stitched panel and wondered if Wash Day would fit in it! Voila! It fit perfectly.

The stitching is done on Bazzill textured paper that it not quite so great for stamping. So my images wasn't as clear as it should have been, but it colored up very well.

So here is my card...

I used so many Copics on this one and kept putting them away when I was finished, so I can't share with you the colors I used. For the bubbles in the wash tub I used my new Crystal Stickles. They made wonderful dimensional bubbles....

On the inside of the card I went in a completely different direction. I used my MS Punch applied to both sides leaving a thin strip in the center. I was wanting to use some of my new flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts. I placed them along the trellis and then added some little pearls at each end. The butterflies are from Marie Klip and I added tiny pearls to each of them. The bow was made on my Bow Easy using Silk Ribbon. Lastly I added a tow of pearls to the top portion of the lattice.

Here's what it looks like...

I finished on the notation panel with just the trellis punch on white. Just simple and plain...
