Christmas All Year Long Blog Hop #3

It's that time of the month again! No, not THAT time...hehehe! It's time for the third Christmas All Year Long Blog Hop! Woohoo. I'm the fourth person on the list so if you have come here from Annabelle's blog your right on target. For this months' card I used Silent Night Tilda which you can purchase here. I purchased this gorgeous DP by Kaiser Scrapbook called Winter Wonderland. I just loved the beautiful flourishes in burgandy on a cream/gold/bluegreen background. And it matched beautifully with the silk ribbon I had on hand. So, yeah! I had all the elements ready to go.

Here's my card:



I used the Scalloped Edge Frame Die from Nestabilites to create the panel that Tilda is on. It has these pretty little notches all around the edges. I used my Bow Easy to make the bow and attached my one and only snowflake charm to it matching the gold theme with gold pearls in the corners of both my panels.

I purposely cut the inside piece of dp so that the ornament on the paper showed just below the ribbon. I wove a strip grosgrain ribbon through my lace and then glued a bow of silk ribbon to the center.

My bottom panel was cut and then two corners were rounded and a gold pearl added to two of the corners. I stamped the Vintage Christmas stamp to the bottom corner. All my panels are sewn on my sewing maching.
