Think Snow...

I sincerely hope that each of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. After an entire week away from my crafting table, I was able to get some time in last night and this afternoon to complete a card I began last week. I colored my "Think Snow" image last Sunday, before we left for some R&R at our daughter's home for Thanksgiving. It was wild, hectic and tons of fun...we ate too much, drove too much, and played too much. Oh, wait! You can't play enough, right?

So here is the card I created using another Mo image. I have used this image before, here, but dressed her in a differently colored snowsuit.

This delightful dp is from BOBUNNY and is called 'Tis the Season Snowflakes. It's so yummy and I knew I just had to have it for any one of my images...

The glittery snowflake is from a chipboard set by SU! that I've had for about two years. I first glittered it up with a gold color and didn't like it so I covered that with Art Glitter designer adhesive and then sprinkled it with silver glitter from my stash. Much better! I used my Nestabilities Large Circle and Scalloped Circle dies around my image, added some Diamond Stickles to the falling snow and then changed my mind. I used that same designer adhesive then added Polar White Flower Soft to the flakes and the snow that the image is sitting in. I used my MS Snowflake punch to make the white snowflakes, then used Real Red (SU!) for one more snowflake, nested them together and added small red buttons (my stash) to match the red centers of the snowflakes on the dp. The darling charm is one that I received from Diana Crick at Maglolia-licious

Here is a closer view of my sweet image, all colored with Copic markers.

The inside of my card is pretty simple and plain. I repeated the snowflakes on the upper panel only this time I dabbed them in Versamark and then in SU! Diamond Dust. To get the flourish design on the paper I used my MS Flourish Punch.

I stitched around each panel with my sewing maching - easy peasy!

Wishing you a wonderful week ahead enjoying the beginnings of the Holiday Season...
