Enjoying these kids so much....

Bill has a helper now! No matter what he is doing, Jordan has to be right in there "helping". Bill recently purchased a new keyboard for our computer. The old one was skipping out about every fourth letter, and was making typing miserable. We had to do so much proof reading and still errors would pass through. So of course that gave Jordan a golden opportunity to be right along side (but mostly getting in the way). I have the most patient husband on God's green earth. He doesn't mind one bit, having Jordan help, whether it's with baking cookies, doing dishes, setting the table, raking the leaves, or installing new computer equipment. This was just too cute to pass up.

LATER...
While I was cleaning up the kitchen, Bill took the kids out to the garage, to get them out of my hair, and to enjoy an unseasonably warm January evening. Jordan, of course got into most of the things he shouldn't get into, but the girls were enjoying having a chit chat together on Grampie's knee.
Brielle is quite verbal and really likes to do all the talking. Josslyn is a little less gregarious, but can hold her own in twin babble!
I guess all kids enjoy to participate in the things they see the grown-ups do. My washer and dryer are in my garage (curses!) and Jordan really enjoys to put things into my washer and then spin the drum. Then he closes the door. I can't tell you how many times I've gone out to check on a load and found that the buttons have been changed to something I didn't want. When Kyle was here he did the same thing, and one small load I did went through a 2 hour sanitize wash. Goodness! It's a good thing that there wasn't anything in that load that was ruined.

We heard from the kid's mom this morning. Our web cam was working so she was able to see the kids, but her web cam wasn't working and they couldn't see her. She misses them so much and this is just so wonderful that we can keep in touch this way. Yeah Internet!!!
